Tealicious, YUMMM.

Yesterday I went to a tea tasting class in Hudson. We mixed our own tea, made tea sandwiches and other little snacks to go with the tea, labled our teas, made story’s about our tea, and made a bag to “ship” our tea in.

It was really fun. My teas name was, The Old Gold Mines Tea.

My story was that some men were working on building a houses in California. Two workers were on a lunch break and were walking around checking out the land behind the house. One was carrying a portable water boiler to make coffee but he left the coffee by the house. All of a sudden The ground beneath the two worker broke away and the fell. None of the other workers even noticed. They fell into an old forgotten gold mine from when people were first settling California. They were trapped inside. The two men walked around a bit exploring. They finally got thirsty and pulled some herbs that were twined in with the rocks. They put it in the portable water boiler. It tasted delish! They never got out of the mine but a little bird swooped down and picked up he herb mixture. He dropped it into one of the other workers hand along with the recipe. No one knows who wrote the recipe or how we got he story or where the recipe is but the worker sells the tea and when ever anyone one asks bout her tea The Old Gold Mines Tea she just waves her hand and says, “You buy?”

Ok so here are the pictures fro the Tea Class.
