oogabalooga forest
No one ever comes out of oogabalooga forest alive. Oogabalooga is a forest made up of ¼ trees, ¼ darkness, and ½ DOOM. There are animals and witches that come out every night to kill whoever is wandering around. The reason you never see these evil spirits anywhere else is because they only live in forests that have the rock in them. In the far east corner of this forest there is a house which belongs to an old witch named Valerie who is long dead. If you were two go to her house and into the cupboard above her stove you would find a very pretty black rock, the rock that controls the evil Spirits. Next to it is a shattered white rock which controls the good sprits. Next to both of the rocks is a letter written in blood. Of course no one knows this because know one come back to tell.
Kayla and Jen were walking and talking in oogabalooga forest one October day just trying to use up some time. Kayla was a very intelligent and brave girl; she wore a pink Ralph Lauren polo shirt and a long skinny pair of Abercrombie jeans. Jen shy yet at the right time very feisty, she wore a pink limited two tank top and a Ralph Lauren jean skirt. They were walking over on the east corner of the woods. They talked about things like the latest clothing at the mall and how much home work they had on Thursday. As they were talking they kind of tuned out of there surroundings, they didn’t notice the house they were walking up to.
They finally noticed the house when Jen tripped on a rock which appeared to be part of stair steps. “I didn’t know anyone lived out here.” Said Jen “Neither did I, should we check it out?” asked Kayla. “I guess but not for to long we should get home.” They walked in through the old wooden door which had rusty hinges that squeaked. “Hello, Heeeeeeelloooooo, does anyone live here.” yelled Kayla. “It looks like its been deserted for awhile, look how much dust is collected in the corners.” said Jen “I don’t care if this place is deserted as long as they have food I’m fine, because I’m hungry.” said Kayla as she rummaged through the cupboard.
“Hey, look at that rock isn’t it pretty.” Said Jen “There’s a letter two, I’ll read It.” said Kayla
Dear Valerie,
To brake the spell we of oogabalooga
forest have you must take the black
rock out of the forest without losing
your life. As long as the black rock
is in the forest the evil spirits are
also here. I trust that will do the
right thing.
Sincerely,
Zander
“What do you think it means?” asked Jen “I honestly don’t know but I think we should get that rock out of here.” replied Kayla She picked up the rock and walked out the door Jen following close behind. “It’s getting dark and it just reminds me of the losing your life part.” Said Jen “Oh don’t be a scardy cat.” said Kayla “I-I might be a scardy cat but I’m not lying when I say run a witch is chasing us.” cried Jen Kayla looked over her shoulder for a fraction of a second before bolting foreword. A gigantic dog with spit drooling from his fang like teeth joined the ghostly looking witch in chasing Kayla and Jen.
Kayla and Jen ran faster than human it was because a shard of the white rock was suck to Kayla’s jeans. The dog leaped at Jen and held her down but he only ran over her. Kayla realizing that they only wanted the rock threw it the twenty-eight feet that divided her from the edge of forest. It was a distance that humans couldn’t throw but with help of the rock it made it.
The second the black rock made it pass the last tree both the witch and the dog disappeared. The sky lit up in an explosion of lights. “Wow!” said Jen standing up and coming to stand by Kayla “Now that is cool.” said Kayla “But I’m still hungry, race home.”
Now if you ever enter oogabalooga forest you will not die and you won’t find any evil spirits, and it’s all because of two brave girls.
